High-level Demonstration for Core Team

Purpose

Conduct a high-level system demonstration to lay the foundation from around which deployment discussions will be driven. The demonstration shall elaborate on the base standard of the   Enterprise Health system, so that information gathering and gap analysis can take place, allowing for an informed and smooth implementation.

Objective

Provide a basic introduction of the base standard of the  Enterprise Health system, showing the out-of-the-box functionality and configurations, while demonstrating the versatility of the web-based platform.

• Provide a high-level demonstration of the base standard and workflows

Afterward

Document questions and action items, discuss initial reactions and thoughts, take away workflow concerns and potential roadblocks, and prepare the subsequent deployment meetings, accordingly.
